| LIMITED WARRANTY Splash Marine, L.L.C. warrants each new boat to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of sale. If a product becomes defective under warranty, Splash Marine, L.L.C. will repair or replace at manufacturer’s option or provide a repair kit at no charge for all parts and components which prove to be defective. All add-on accessories such as trolling motors, seats, gasoline motors, batteries, etc. are not covered under the warranty provided by Splash Marine, L.L.C. Only products manufactured by Splash Marine, L.L.C. will be covered under the warranty. Transportation and/or shipping charges to and from the authorized repair facility for parts will not be paid by Splash Marine, L.L.C. and are the responsibility of the purchaser. This warranty shall not apply to any repairs made by any unauthorized facility.
The obligation of Splash Marine, L.L.C. under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of factory parts and components which prove to be defective within one (1) year of the original purchase date. In no event shall Splash Marine, L.L.C. be liable for any amount in excess of the original purchase price paid by the original purchaser for this product. Splash Marine, L.L.C. will not be held responsible or liable for any defect or damages, incidental or consequential, occurring or arising due to a breach of this warranty.
This warranty does not apply to Splash Marine, L.L.C. products used commercially or when products are damaged due to abuse, accident, neglect, normal wear and tear or when repairs have been made with other than authorized repair parts and/or service.
There are no other warranties either expressed or implied which extend beyond the warranty on the face hereof.
This warranty begins to renew from the original purchase and shall extend only to the original purchaser of the product and only when the purchaser returns the warranty registration within thirty (30) days of purchase. Failure to do so can void this warranty.
